Rajiv Srinath

Newton, Massachusetts

Rajiv Srinath is the managing partner of MNI Partners. He has broad experience optimizing and enhancing efficiency and productivity in industries as diverse as apparel and footwear, chemicals, laundry and linen leasing, metals processing, and textiles and conducts seminars worldwide on applying Minimalist principles to operations management. The co-founder of a number of start-ups including two quick response apparel companies, he holds degrees from Lehigh University and Bangalore University in India and has done research at Harvard Business School. His graduate research thesis was awarded an international prize.

Magnus Lutz

Freiburg, Germany

Magnus Lutz is a partner in MNI Partners. He has served over 6 years as the Head of Corporate Business Development and Export in Haniel Textile Service, a Division of the Haniel Group. Over 15 years ago he began his career at his family’s third generation Textile Service and Hygiene business and modernized the business for rapid growth. While being an entrepreneur at heart, he is an expert in growth enablement and global market entry strategy. With the experience of over 50 global acquisitions, and is a frequent speaker on mergers and acquisitions at St. Gallen Business School in Switzerland. He has a degree in Business Administration and is a Master Craftsman in Textile-Service.

Manas Fuloria

New Delhi, India

Manas Fuloria is a partner in MNI Partners and the chief technology officer for a supply chain optimization company as well as a co-founder of a quick response apparel factory. He has wide experience in the apparel and footwear, pharmaceutical, retail, and textile industries. Also a teacher of seminars, he holds degrees from Stanford and the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi as well as a doctorate and has done research at Harvard Business School. He has won a number of academic awards and honors.

Dominik Lutz

Freiburg, Germany

Dominik Lutz is a Partner in MNI Partners and currently drives the European market entry of an US Internet Technology firm as an interim Business Development Director Europe. Prior to joining MNI Partners, Dominik was a manager for the Global Supply Chain of Hofmann-La Roche’s Diagnostics Division. For the strategy and marketing practice of PA Consulting Group, the largest independent strategy and technology consultancy in the UK, he advised companies in the Life Sciences, Telcom and Energy sectors. He also has developed the European business for a Silicon Valley software company with offshore operations in India. Furthermore, Dominik has been associated with his family’s Textile Service and Hygiene business for most of his life, and has broad business experience in this industry. Dominik holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Maastricht, The Netherlands.

Srinivasa R. K

Hyderabad, India

Srinivasa R. K. is an advisor to MNI Partners. A modeling and optimization expert, he has more than two decades of industrial experience applying simulation-based distributed optimization techniques and devising simple solutions to real life problems using the latest optimization methods. He has published in a number of international journals and has a doctorate from the Indian Institute of Technology.

Rolf Kaiser

Nurtingen, Germany

Rolf Kaiser is an associate at MNI Partners. Before joining MNI Partners he has been a consultant for the global textile, garments and fashion industry. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Kaiser owned a textile retail business for more than 15 years and for 11 years he was the CEO of Textil und Bekleidungs AG, a group with more than 6,000 employees worldwide active with 12 single companies. He also served 13 years as a board member of Sütex Stuttgart, a leading purchasing association for the German fashion retail industry. Rolf Kaiser is a commercial judge at the district court of Stuttgart and a frequent guest lecturer on Procurement and distribution at the University of Reutlingen.
