Dominik Lutz is a co-founder of MNI Partners, LLC and an expert in M&A Transaction Advisory for mid-sized and smaller enterprises owned by founders and familes.
Prior to co-founding MNI Partners in 2006 he had built his broad international business track record as Manager at today’s largest Pharma and Medical Device company based in Switzerland and as Strategy Advisor at the leading UK-based technology consulting firm. He also was the Business Development Director at an India-US Internet Technology Venture and he has developed the European cornerstone in Germany for a Silicon Valley software company with offshore operations in India that is today part of a leading stock listed German IT services firm.
With MNI Partners he successfully completed transactions e.g. for clients in Germany, India, USA and other countries in Fluid Injection Technology (mechanical engineering, thermoplastic lightweight construction), Optical Speed Enforcement (mobile and permanent traffic control), SAP Business Intelligence (onsite and nearshore), IT Security (infrastructure and network operations), Software Development (onsite and offshore), Internet paid search (technology solution and offshore services) and Online Lead Generation (renewable energy and sustainable investment). Furthermore, based on his association with his family’s former business activities, he has broad entrepreneurial experience in the Industrial Laundry Sector where he completed transactions with MNIP for clients in Germany, UK, Spain, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe (laundry and rental services for workwear, flat linen, doormats and mop systems for application in industry, retail, healthcare and hospitality sectors).
Dominik studied Economic Sciences and Business Administration at the University of Frankfurt/M, Germany and at Maastricht University in The Netherlands where he graduated as Master of International Business. He is based in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany.
