Companies are as individual as human beings. For Acquisition or Investment candidates this holds even more. We all know that a transaction will not be successful if the governing parties do not fit to each other. We as MNIP act as the investors’s scout in the market and if desired even march with his flag and talk personally and highly confidential to the shareholders of the potential candidates to assess the fit between the parties. We typically make sure that the candidate understands the investor’s motive and strategy for the approach. In our role as an intermediary we openly communicate the investor’s values, culture and track record to the seller—we call this Investor Marketing. And we also identify and communicate back to the investor the candidates preferences, expectations and fears.
Only if we see a real opportunity for a successful match and the probability for a resulting transaction, we bring the parties together.
